LOVOX has developed his own unique sound that fuses his love for the genre of rap and his love of the written word. His sound was shaped from a combination of many elements. He grew up listening to Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, KRS 1. Rakim gave him that deep spiritual thinking and way of figurative writing. Big Daddy Kane gave him examples of smooth swagger and delivery. Slick Rick gave him his storytelling skills. KRS 1 gave him the cockiness to know that he too can be number one.
